On Saturday it snowed!! Kennedy was so excited to play in the snow so we bundled her up and just let her go!

Nate tried to teach her how to make a snow angel, and this is all we got. |
|
Nate was having so much fun running around trying to make Kennedy fall! (not in a mean way, he just wanted to see her fall in the snow... ok maybe it is a little mean, but Kennedy is too cautious to fall in something that cold!) |
|
First time touching the snow. |
|
Her first snow ball! |
|
We didn't have any gloves for her so she would cry because her hands were so cold, but after about 2 seconds she would go right back to playing in the snow. She did not want to come inside... even when we bribed her with hot chocolate!! |
We were supposed to have a ward trunk or treat that night, but because of the snow, it was canceled :( We were so sad we couldn't go. Kennedy was so excited to go trick or treating, we had been practicing all day...
So we dressed her up and let her trick or treat at home going from one
bedroom to the other.
Then after about 10 minutes of trick or treating, we let her feast on her candy.
She was in heaven!!!
We were sad we couldn't go to the party, but we still had a fun night at home!
Hahahha! I love you guys so much! I wish I was there to enjoy the snow with you. I can totally see Nate trying to make her fall. Remember when Nate and Dane both threw a water balloon at your pregnant stomach?! Haha! Good times! Can't wait to live next door to you!
ReplyDeleteDid you dress Mason up as anything? You and Nate are such good, creative parents!! I'm so glad she still got to trick-or-treat!!
