Blanket

I don't really do much now that I'm not working and not going to school. So, one day Nate's mom and I went out to Sally's and Jo Ann's to get some fabric to make a blanket for the babe... and here it is!

  1. Cute blanket! My mom made one out of that pink and green soft fabric...its great! So how's the pregnancy? We need some belly pictures. I wish I would've gotten more...I was planning on it, but having a baby 4 weeks early changed a lot. I hope everything is going well and if time isn't flying by already it will start to soon.

  2. I can't believe I had my baby already either! Haha. It's weird to think I should still be pregnant for a couple more weeks. But, we are so glad to have her here already! Being a mom is the most rewarding thing in the world...you'll totally agree when you have yours. I was a little sad that I didnt get to have a big prego belly....I wasn't small by any means, but I saw so many ladies at the hospital who just looked ready to pop. Not me. I'm glad your pregnancy is going well. My hands gave me trouble too. It all goes away once that little one comes out though. I've already lost a ton of weight--though I gained a ton from being so swollen from my preeclampsia. It's all worth it though! You are going to love being a mom (even in the middle of the night and your exhausted and your baby won't go back to sleep...)! What hospital are you planning on delivering at?

  3. When are you going to post some belly pictures? :) Things are going great here. We are settling into somewhat of a routine finally. We are living with my parents in Gilbert (McQueen and Warner) to save some money for awhile. My husband is taking online classes from UVU and just got his private helicopter pilot license from a school at Falcon Field Airport. I can't wait to go up in a helicopter and fly over the city. I've just been hanging out with the baby but I think within this next week I'm gonna start working again for the call center company I worked for up in Provo. Its all online so it works out great so I can stay home and work. Did your husband find a job?

  4. WoW! You are so talented!! I wish I could make a blanket like that! I wish I had a sewing machine so I could try! Niiice! I guess im gonna have to make a bunch of those easy ones where you tie the ends of it. Those are still super cute though, but yours is the real deal!
